Cancellations are only valid if notice is received in writing. For cancellations made after 8 October 2010 no refunds will be paid. However, a participant may designate a substitute delegate.   Method of payment An invoice including bank transfer details will be sent after on-line registration. If payment is not received on time, admission to the conference will be refused.
